I would not recommend taking your pets to get groomed at the Galveston location. I would understand honesty and truthfulness but there was none. Makes me question the integrity of some the employee who are working here and whether the animals are being properly cared for, I tried to resolve the issue but there was no manager on site. Beware if you take your pets here.THIS IS FOR THE GALVESTON LOCATION

The grooming here was fantastic and very professional. Our baby now has a much cooler cut for the hot summer. The staff took their time and really did a great job for his first haircut. Would highly recommend for fur baby grooming. A++

Everything was great, the cashier was not kid friendly…. We bought some new fish for the small tank at home, employee had all the right answers and very informative, had all the answers for my kiddo, whom asked a ton!
