Once again arrived to pick up a dozen small crickets for my frog to be told to come back Thursday as the hundreds they had in the bin were earmarked for the reptiles in the store. They had few reptiles on display and when questioned they said they were keeping stock in the backroom. Sounded like b.s. as its a weekly issue. Why are they selling reptiles and not providing enough food for their customers on a regular basis? Last chance I’ve given them and will head over to Petco from now on as they always have feeder crickets in stock.

I love the staff at this location. They are always very friendly and eager to assist…if they have enough staff on hand. I don’t like giving negative reviews for places when it might be beyond their control. I feel like the pandemic has taken a toll on stores like this but I enjoy seeing a lot of the same employees when I stop by. The other issue I have is with feeder insect supplies. This location very often has no supply on hand and can’t give a clear answer as to when they’ll be available. But other items for dogs/cats are readily available. Store is kept clean.

Never bringing my dog back here again. Not worth it just take them somewhere they’ll actually care for your pet. Tried to make an appointment days ago, took my dog and they said they “scheduled us the wrong day” made another appointment Dropped my dog off before his appointment at 3, didn’t get him back until 7 and they gave us back the WRONG DOG. Horrible service.
