Took my dog to get groomed and have his nails trimmed. They didn’t trim his nails told me on the phone when I called to check if they where done she said they couldn’t trim his nails and they would take it off the total git ther and she tells me when I ask if they still charge me for the nail trim she said they wouldn’t charge me more if she removed the nail trim if I wanted to wash my dog for $70 I could have done it at home and trimmed his nails while I was at it o wait I still had to do what I paid for them to do have taken my dogs and my parents dogs but never again

We had all three of our dogs groomed there Sunday. A few things couldn’t be done to one because she’s finicky and knew it could happen. All in all 2 out of 3 had a good experience getting groomed.
