One of the most recent times I went there I purchased two hamsters (both of which are doing lovely), and the staff was so helpful with everything I needed as well as setting up a rewards system with them. The second time I went (to get more items for my hamsters) they were very low on stock and the cashier’s seemed to take forever. I myself cashier at my job frequently so I know how it can be sometimes, but between all three employees I saw at the registers/register area only one had a register open even though there were several people in line waiting to checkout. Other than those easily fixable issues, everything went well during my visits there.
