I had a horrible in-store experience. The store manager, Brad, was extremely rude. I was told to go to the back of the store to find a product that I could not find on my own because he was too busy to take 30 seconds to show me because he had one employee miss a shift. I would not ask a question if I didn’t need any assistance. He then chose to take a call while I am in mid-sentence instead of even saying “please excuse me, I have to take this call.” I have spent 10 years in customer service and this man was by far the worst manager I have ever had the experience in dealing with. He then proceeded to pull down his mask during a pandemic while your stores are still requiring masks. I guess the rules don’t apply to him.

Great store, excellent service. I was looking for new cups for my older bird cage, mine was misplaced in move. They didn’t have any new one in that size, but gave me 2 old one from back store, that they weren’t using.
