Outside of slightly higher prices the visit was excellent. The vet reception was outstanding considering the volume of patients, and emergencies. There were some issues that if the staff wasn’t familiar with the record system, the visit could have been an extremely poor experience. Associates of the store knew where the things I wanted were, and was knowledgeable about the products I purchased, and the nutritional information of the treats I wanted

Took our little guy in to get some shots and a checkup at Banfield in PetSmart as well to set up a grooming appt. Everyone was great , helpful and friendly. It’s the first time we’ve used either location before and look forward to a great comfortable and reliable location to handle all our pets needs.Update: Took the little guy back to see the groomers and WOW they did a fantastic job. He was a mess and now he’s clean and happy ! I am absolutely happy with the appointment. The groomers were nice and informative. The reminders they send are a huge plus, as well its great that it can all be done through the app. I will take him again to make sure he stays comfortable and cool.

I enjoyed my visit at this Pet Smart location. The store had baskets and two different sized carts at the entrance. It was clean and very organized. I was able to locate all the items I needed without asking for help. At checkout, the associate was friendly and helpful. I normally shop at Petco but I have decided to make this Pet Smart location the main store for all my pets needs.
