Brought one of my dogs in for a nail trim and grind. Great experience. The groomer was sweet and caring towards my dog. Her nails came out beautifully.

We had our dog bathed there and and we were not pleased with the physical results or emotional state of our dog. She (our dog) is very fun loving and has never objected to being groomed. When we got there to pick her up she looked very worried and wanted to leave the premises as quickly as possible. That is very uncharacteristic for her. We felt guilty about taking her there.

Although I tend to avoid the corporate pet scene but because of Covid-19, my usual nail snipper was unavailable. I went to PetSmart cold (no appointment) but was efficiently, professionally, and warmly accommodated and Buster was in and out while I waited (safely away from the grooming area). Bring your vaccination papers and leave a tip, these young people are polite, gentle, careful, caring, and deserve extra!
