I am trying to adopt a cat because i’m in quarantine with nothing to do so i figured why not, so I went to pet smart thinking it would be an easy experience. I filled out the forms and did everything they wanted me to do. Finally after almost an hour they give me this weird cat. This cat looked a little weird and was growling at me but it was the only one they had and it was up to date on all it’s shots so i didn’t really care. It was all cool, we had no problems. THEN on the way home i was looking at my cat and realized this isn’t a cat at all but it was a possum. SO NOW i have a possum in my car growling at me… I quickly turned around and started driving back to pet smart. I didn’t realize how late it was considering the fact i was signing papers for so long so when i finally got back they were closed. So now i have a whole possum with me and i don’t know if i should just let it run into the woods. I’ve been trying to call and reach out to pet smart and they’ve been ignoring me. So please if anyone wants a possum please contact me.

Yes I love the store soon as I walked in I was greeted very nicely and everybody was so pleasant and I can’t wait to bring my baby up there to get his shots

Friendly staff, store seems clean. Animals all seemed well cared for despite being in cages and tanks.Had a decent amount of stock on hand.1 cashier but the line was not bad.
