Austin & Richard just did an absolutely amazing job trimming our dog’s nails. Our Dottie has a few medical issues which impact her weight and her nails haven’t been cut due to COVID restrictions. These guys had so much patience and were phenomenal!

Passed by recently and saw the sign that read We’re still open. Nope, never again. I went in a few months ago and was insulted by the cashier named Kirsten. She took off her mask so I could recognize her otherwise everyone could’ve carried on with their day. I went home and called hoping her manager would pick up and it turned out to be her. I was threatened with a restraining order. Later on the next week I went in to speak to the manager who took my name and number. She said I would be able to talk to corporate. Days passed and nothing. I was not taken seriously as a customer and this girl treated the place as if it were her turf. A mutual friend told me she will be going into another job but even so I will never step foot in there again. I will shop at HEB or Walmart where I won’t be insulted after spending $80 because someone is friends with someone who doesn’t like me.
