This is solely regarding the grooming services. We took our chihuahua and shih-tzu in for grooming today, asking they be cut as short as they can be but not to touch their ears or tails.Two hours later when they were ready, their ears and tails had been trimmed. Their bodies were cut short, but their heads were left much longer and were uneven with hair in their face. The groomer was confused when we asked her to cut them shorter, not knowing how much shorter to go despite having been a groomer for ‘a long time’ and having plenty of hair to remove since she barely trimmed anything above their necks.Over $100 at the register for an incomplete, uneven job that went against our requests, and one I likely could have bested at home, for free, in less time and without butchering their ears and tails. That might be the level of incompetence you expect from a trainee who’s never cut hair before, but a self-professed professional? Totally unacceptable.

Awesome service! I came here looking for a new pet for my daughter as a Christmas gift. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. The manager here is so very nice. She made the adoption process so fast and easy. I was uneasy at first but she was so reassuring. She gave me coupons for all the items needed for our new family member. I live in Shreveport but I visited this store location because I work in Marshall,TX. I am so glad I came here!

I go here to get my dogs name tag for his collar. They have a nice selection.
