I like the convenience of shopping online to find what I am looking for. It saves me time and is easier than searching through the store for what I need. It’s also good to be able to go pick up my order because having anything delivered poses a risk that it will be taken from my residence and causes much stress waiting. I live in an area which is now overrun by thieves who are not slowing down their illegal activities.

I called weeks in advance to get my dogs groomed and on the Day of, they called me and cancelled my appointment because they were too busy even though the entire store was empty and no visible dogs. I made an appointment so I dont understand why theyd do that. Staff is extremely rude and impatient and scheduled my next almost a month out. Absurd.
