I go mainly for fish related items. There one guy there that is very knowledgeable about fish, I feel like I can talk to him without feeling like I’m being lied to. He gives honest and true advice for beginners as well as intermediate skill level fish keepers. I would recommend this store just because of this guy. I bought some discus and he told me everything I needed to know.

We authorized someone to pick up our order for us. His name was listed on the order and he presented his CA driver license. When he arrived to pick up the order he was told he could not pick up the order and an associate argued with him. He had to get a manager involved and call us for additional info like the order number which was not necessary since he was listed as the person to pick up. Finally they realized the associate never even checked the order form and read that we had designated someone to pick up the order. Also we never wait at curbside anymore (after waiting in our car with small children for 15 minutes) because no one even checks if someone is waiting for their order. We did that once, finally walked into the store to wait another 15 minutes in line for someone to help us, to find our order, and walk the order out to our car (because we can’t lift the bag which is why we did curb side in the first place!) Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with your services. The only reason we continue to order ahead, instead of just walking in the store and asking for assistance to the car is for the discount, but it is an inconvenience for us every time and longer wait times.
