Very friendly staff fast checkout but did have a bit of a hard time navigating to the canned puppy food. Bought some hamsters, staff again very helpful. What I intended to go for was not in stock at the time but did have staff help with a temporary alternative.

Nice location and helpful employees. I bought 2 fish and they assured me that they had a 30 day return policy if something happened. Unfortunately, one did not thrive and they were so helpful during the exchange process. I got another beautiful and healthy fish.

7 because had to wait in line for some time. It was late in afternoon and only one cashier. Terrible for only one cashier to work alone with such many people in line. I do hope you at Petco find a better method to make improvements for this. Besides this everything was fine.
