I didn’t realize i had popped up right at closing and no one said anything about it so i was just gone shopping. Maria helped me and she was very friendly and attentive aside from selling me a flea and tick comb for felines when i was shopping for my dogs, i have no complaints. I returned the product the following day with no issues. I will go back if need be.

The store usually has everything I need for my pet but the employees are in a way rude and always busy to help. What bothers me the most is that the restrooms have been closed for customers for a very long time now! it is about the 5th time that I go to that store with my daughter and she needed to use the restroom but they’re always close!! this is unacceptable!! I understand the concerns about the virus but the restroom it’s an essential need for everyone and every store that is open for business should be able to provide that basic need for their customers!!.. how are they open for business and not offer a public restroom?? Is ridiculous!!

I love petco and am even a member. However, my experience upon coming into Odessa location today really changed my mind. It appeared they had a new cashier on deck with almost no knowledge of what she was doing left all alone at the front with a very long line. Very sweet girl, was doing her best although it was obvious she was overwhelmed. She had an encounter with a very rude customer cussing and screaming at her for the simple fact her register wasn’t working and she had to wing it and move to a different one. It was very disappointing to see how they just left her alone right there, poor thing was visibly upset and all alone with no back up. Hope she quit right after and that they train their future employees better and don’t just leave them out to dry. Hope she is okay as customer was very aggressive and hurtful
