I haven’t been in there since last fall, but I thought the carts piled with stuff off the truck at the entrance was odd…also I’m not sure anyone was working cuz I didn’t see a single employee, which meant no customer service for a short woman needing something from the top shelf and no one stopping 2 teenagers who walked right out the door with some betas, a little tank, and the food.

I went in to grab a few items for my pet. Stopped by the groomer counter out-of curiosity and price quotes for my huskies. The short girl and tall blonde were both friendlyand very well spoken and gave me a lot of good information. I will definitely return here.

Petco’s website and ordering system work pretty well so I would recommend ordering for pickup at this store, if you know what you want. It is just to save time because this store is the most unorganized one I’ve ever been to. It’s really hard to find stuff in here. They need better management and merchandising for this store.
