The dog grooming service at this location was a good experience. We were able to get our dogs scheduled the next day. After a little paperwork out was an easy drop off. They were up front about the cost of services performed. My dogs were treated well. I have been looking for a groomer closer to home and I think I found it!

I came to this location to buy two mice today. As I walked up to the habitat where the mice were I was greeted by a woman cleaning the cage beneath the mice. Is she proceeded to give me more information about the mice another person wearing a trainer shirt walked up and also began helping inform me about small animals.Side note I worked in a vet clinic and went to school to learn about animals. My first job was at a pet shop I really didn’t need anyone’s education but…once I felt she felt I was fully educated I decided to make the purchase so I walked around the corner and picked up a starter kit for the mice. On the kit it clearly stated this starter kit was for mice. I walk back around the corner and began to look for the mouse I want. Add which point the lady cleaning cages escorted me back to the cage area and began selecting Items that I “needed” which were already in the starter kit. She then told me the cage I was holding was not for mice even though it had a photo of a mouse and said “for mice” on it. The trainer joined us again halfway through this employees shopping spree for items that again were already in the starter kit.At this point I was annoyed I am 34 years old this is not my first mouse. I believe I am capable of buying my own stuff and caring for a mouse properly. I have a whole kid I can handle a mouse.These employees are honestly the reason I walked out of Petco and will not return. They were very rude and insisted on educating me when I didn’t need to be educated. I will buy my mice and all their supplies elsewhere.

Nancy takes care of our girl Keller. She deaf and partially blind and they treat her like queen. She loves going because the staff there is fantastic. Nancy treats Keller like her own and it shows every time. Definitely recommend this spot for all your pet care.
