I have never had anything but good experiences in this store. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. The store is always clean and neat. AND most importantly, my sweet Sasha will walk in the store without hesitation (she will not go into a competitor store because she was hurt while having her nails clipped.) She has had her nails clipped at this store and it was a very easy and pleasant experience, so that makes her going in this store each time an easy experience.

Me and my wife went to pick up 5 aquariums we had purchased. We got there right after the store opened. We walked over to the live fish, and I noticed a bag of new fish floating in one of the aquariums. I grabbed the bag to turn it around without taking it out of the water to see what had come in. All of a sudden a young male employee yelled out at me sir, sir, if you could just give me about 30 minutes because I just got here and I’ll be able to help you, VERY, VERY RUDLEY!!!! We started to walk around to look at the rest of the fish and he pushed his cart in front of us, so we turned around and went to the register and picked up our tanks we had purchased online. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty, which was April. I told he what had happened and she assured me she would take care of it. I wish I had gotten the young man’s name. I believe he had brown hair and a ponytail. We were thinking of purchasing fish but quickly changed our minds after the incident. We then went to B&B Pet Stop and spent $269.00 in just fish. We have several large aquariums and we are always looking for places to purchase fish and supplies. Thanks Jeff Bell
