Constant issues with the their vital care program. No one knows what they are doing and am constantly being overcharged!! They owe me money! It’s not even worth fighting over at this point. The management team needs to be retrained on how to effectively service their customers- unprofessional with a poor attitude. Have no idea how to properly charge or refund against services. Disorganized and mismanaged.

Use to go in there and everyone was helpful. Now. The only one who was not only knowledgeable and friendly was the girl who was by the Just Food For Dogs. I think her name was Peggy. The new people on there need to be trained

I really liked the vets at this Petco. Sadly I’d the closest Vetco clinic to my house. But one hour drive is worth for my pups. I never have to wait, they give all the meds my pups need and they are now very healthy. I also recommend the training program. Trust me, you won’t find anything cheaper and good advise
