I took Dixie there to be groomed out of sheer desperation because she was really dirty and they could take her right away. Well, what a great experience. Trey, the groomer, was awesome. We discussed what I wanted done before she went in and she came out perfect. There was an issue when he was grooming her and he called me to ask if I wanted something done that we didn’t discuss and I totally agreed. He treated my Dixie like she was his own. He called me to let me know that he was drying her so I could come over and pick her up so she wasn’t in a cage because she’s too big for their cages. When I walked in and saw her she looked so happy she was smiling, her tail was wagging and she didn’t want to leave. Trey is amazing. He did a great job with Dixie and we will definitely go back. It’s nice when someone treats your dog like it’s their own. You can see the pride in his work. Dixie can’t wait to see go back to see him.
