Lots of variety products for my pet. Great dog training program. Premium products within pet food products cannot be found at general stores or supermarkets. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dog training program is very reasonably priced and excellent.

Will never go back again. Took my golden retriever and asked for a trim-shorter cut. Rep brought out sample of length. Picked #5 and said I do not want a puppy cut. Rep said yes and agreed that it would be too short. Picked up my dog to find him shaved – just about and the top of his head mangled with the cut. If I didn’t have to pay before seeing him – never would of. It wasn’t a communication issue with the grooming rep either and she stated “you don’t want to cut it short as they can get sun burned”. Which I agreed and yet I end up with a shaved dog. Unbelievable.

I wasn’t happy with the service. I would’ve appreciated better customer service. After my puppy’s first grooming, my puppy wouldn’t let me touch him and acted very strange. The stylist kept complaining about him biting her, which is weird considering he’s never been aggressive. He’s really sweet to babies, kids, and everyone he meets. She didn’t seem to handle him with care and she seemed annoyed about grooming him. I was very upset when I got home because I’ve never had this problem even leaving him with the vet.
