It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Honestly I only go when given a gift card but yesterday we had a terrible experience in our go to store and came here. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the guy in the aquarium dept was. He turned a terrible day around and was a wealth of information so we WILL be back but please turn the lites on.

Update!Nothing hadn’t changed. The store is still filthy, the animals still smell and the shelves are still empty.You have half of the aisle packed with unpacked boxes, blocking needed items.Let’s get to the cashiers, you can have 15 people online with only one cashier assistance customer yet no one else comes to help. They rather let the line go to the back of the store before helping out.I honestly think it’s time to close down this place. The shelves are sloppy, the fish tanks are so dark and unappealing.Clean it up or close it down.

I loved how well stocked this Petco is! Petcos in the Bronx area haven’t been well-stocked in the least so it was great to see that this one was! The layout of the store is also nice.
