I was able to walk in and purchase a vased bouquet of flowers quickly, and they even had my SO’s favorite color roses. The lady was very kind and helpful. She offered more customizable arrangements, but I didn’t have time for that so she was happy to sell me one that was already madr. Quite a cute flower shop.

I was pleasantly surprised when I last minute needed flowers for a friend in the hospital. They whipped up an adorable arrangements in the spot. I wanted something not to feminine, maybe a wild flower look and wow! What a value as well. I would have spent way more making it myself from he flowers like I’ve done in the past.

Do not recommend. I ordered a large spray for my aunt’s funeral which was a graveside service. The cemetery is owned by a different funeral company (Forest Lawn) then the funeral home that was doing the burial (Broussard’s). I called after placing my order online, to make sure they understood that there was a different group doing the funeral to avoid confusion. They said they had already spoken to Broussard’s and knew where to bring the flowers, they understood it was a graveside service. When I arrived at the funeral, the flowers were not there. They had been left at the funeral home that I had told them was not doing the service. Broussard’s said they never spoke with them. I think there is a language barrier, and when they said they understood they really did not. After I called and found out where they had taken them, we had just barely enough time to go get them ourselves and take them to the graveside.A few days later, I was sent a message asking to review their services. I was honest and stated that while the flowers were gorgeous, not being taken to the proper place was inexcusable. Broussard‘s told us that this had happened two times previously that week with this same florist. The spray was almost $300.After my review, Petals sent me a scathing text message to my cell phone, stating that they didn’t like the way I had talked to them and that I sounded very stressed. Well yes I was, I had spent a lot of money and was about to bury my family member with no flowers. They accused me of being incorrect, that it was my fault, and to have a nice day. The message was also very disjointed and surprisingly rude. To receive a text message like this from a business where I had spent a lot of money was shocking. Again, there is apparently a problem of communication with this company and I would be very careful dealing with them. I will use Carl Johnsons in the future.
