Ordered on 5/5/2021 pill never arrived, they sent a new pill on 5/21/2021 didn’t arrive yet,customer service is responding quick but don’t really give you answers that help. also no refunds due to Covid for some reason, the least they can do is overnight a pill with tracking but they refuse to do that as well.not ordering from this website again.

Above and beyond service.Sadly one of our fur babies is inflicted with a large tumor on the ankle of his rear leg and requires pain medicine that I recently discovered was out of stock nationally. Pet VM filled the original script for us but was unable to fill the refills in the size we buy. Pet VM was willing to transfer the script to an online pet pharmacy of my choosing if I could find one with the product. Contacted many other pharmacies with no luck. Even contacted a major well known online pet supplier/pharmacy that claimed to have but turned out to be untrue yet they were willing to put me through the aggravation of the transfer and take my money only for me to later find out they couldn’t fulfill. Fortunately, I persisted before placing that order. Went back to Pet VM with my dilemma and reached a very nice person with their own personal similar situation who had a heart for my dog’s need. They offered to dig a little deeper and make some calls for me to locate medicine. Within an hour or less they called back with good news. They had located medicine in a smaller size to get us through the hump manufacturer was having due to COVID. Medicine was shipped same day at no extra cost AFTER they contacted my vet for me to get a new script for size difference. Medicine arrived in record time. In fact, took me longer to get around to writing this review than it took for Pet VM to locate, verify new script and ship medicine to me. My boy and I are so grateful. No interruptions in his treatment. Will definitely do business with this company in the future and recommend to others.Thank you Pet VM.
