My daughter was screamed at by an employee about her mask from over an Aisle away. When we calmly explained that my daughter has a medical condition and had only had her mask down for a few moments. The employee once again screamed at us to go outside then. I completely understand about being nervous and concerned about Covid. But there was a better way to handle the situation without trying to publicly humiliate my daughter and upsetting my Autistic daughter as well. When we talked to a supervisor she a first looked scared and unsure of what to say. But went to get us the District Managers number as we requested. She came back with a young man that stated he was a manager. He apologized for her behavior and stated that they have had many complaints about her and that she has done this same thing multiple times. He gave us the number we requested a d apologized again. The bright note of this was the cashier that checked us out. She was extremely apologetic and had told us that we are not the 1st ones to be treated like that. Why this person is still there is beyond me. My daughter did reach out to the owner of the store and has not heard back from anyone regarding this incident. My daughter loves to shop there for her new puppy. But may not after being treated so horribly.

Pet Supplies Plus in Woodland, CA is GREAT! The staff is always helpful and appear happy to help, always. this time I ordered online and had a delivery of a large bag of dry pet food. The website said it would be delivered the next day before 8pm, great! It was delivered midday, and the delivery person wore a mask, and rang the bell so I’d know it was out there. Wonderful! Thank you for the great delivery service. I’ll do so again next time we need something for our dog.
