OMG ! Todd is the worst. How that guy got into customer service is one thing but the smell he emits every time I go in there is just atrocious. And this guy proclaims to be the assistant manager whatever that entails. He argues every time to match a price for our dog or cat food. No one else in this store argues the price more than him one would think he is the founding presidents son since revue not customer service is his main focus. We are now taking our $280.00 a month animal food bill from Pet Supplies to Chewy.com – Thanks Chewy for not arguing and sending us our products at the lowest price that Pet Supplies WILL NOT MATCH due to one employee – Todd. Thanks Todd!
