The staff is very professional and friendly. We like how we are greeted when we enter the store and if we need help there is no hesitation from any of the staff members. The store is clean and very organized. In addition, there is a dog wash in the back and it if fully equipped; even for the owners (i.e., covers so you don’t get wet). We enjoy it here very much and also appreciate the coupons in the mail.

This was my first time using Pet Supplies Plus, I did an online order since I was purchasing items for my rabbit Bella. However, a duplicate order was made and my order was deleted by accident. Mickey was nice enough to reach out to me, to explain what happened. So I decided to show up in person, re-purchase my items and leave. She was nice enough to get me a 10% discount and apologize for what happened. Overall it was a nice and comfortable experience. Definitely returning!

Great prices great staff. Used groomer who took extra special care of my silky terrier. She was wonderful and very patient my puppy is super active.
