Great store, everything is really clean and well organized. I hope the employees are paid well they deserve it! Friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. The pets are well taken care of. Pricing is a bit high compared to other pet stores however I think this store would do better if they price match like the rest of them and it was bigger to stock more. They seem to be out of stock a lot for reptile stuff. The selection and pricing is still better at Petco however this store has a dog washing station brilliant idea and I just found out they also have grooming. So I definitely will give that a try other pet stores have really bad grooming reviews. I’ll update with a review once I’ve gotten my dogs groomed here.

The atmosphere is calm and friendly. They have limited supplies; but, I primarily go there to use the Self-Service Dog-Wash Center. I am able to give Galaxy a massaging bath using their products, towel dry him then use an air blower, and give him a treat….. all for $10 bucks. Galaxy loves it and I don’t have dog hair to clean up at home. You can also bring your own supplies (clipper set) and groom your pet there if you want to. Great place to try out.

I’m cautious about going to new places but this was by far a good call to make. I went on a pretty busy day but was still able to get help from one of the workers named Tiara. She was super friendly and helpful and was able to manage me and multiple other people in there as well. She gave me great recommendations for my new pupper and made my first pet experience a lot easier than I expected. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all my other friends.
