If I could I would give them no stars this is the reason why. February 14, 2021 when in to purchase two love birds February 15, 2021 they drop dead literally called the store owner spoke to him about it told him what was the problem he showed no interest in caring or wanting to refund our money back $150 were spend on the birds Including cage food and all that. He did not say no refund or any of the sorts he was very rude on the phone and nonchalant about things I will never purchase an animal from the store and with that being said I will be contacting animal services in El Monte to check out his shop. very disappointing.

My spouse came with a cocktiel that had an infected eye and a bad wing. No wonder it was cheap. Horrible condition for these poor animals. It should be closed down.

I called to ask if they had any cockatiels for sale. They did and I had more questions regarding the birds but refused to answer my questions because they were to busy. What kind of customer service is this if I’m interested in purchase of any kind and they cannot take a minute to help me out. Just to let you know I’m a bird breeder and Inever experienced this situation with any pet shop.
