We come from Madison county. 3 weeks ago we came here the fist time, all employees were very friendly and helpful, we got a adorable ferret and some supplies. Today we came here again, when we came in, cashiers were talking with each other, I said Hello to the cashier, she looked at me but didn’t answer me at all then continue to talk. We stayed here about 5 mins , meet 4-5 employees , NO ONE said hello to us or asked me if I need any help. I felt ridiculous so I left soon. I was planning to get another ferret and plenty of pets supplies at first.I am REALLY disappoint and I will never be back.

Every time I’ve been in there for convenience only because they are close to me they never have reptile night heat bulbs I need.How can you call yourself a Pet store if you can’t serve all aspects of the animal trade.The employees are always polite that’s the only reason I give them two stars.

Used to be able to conveniently bring in my dog for a walk in nail trim (or at least make an appointment for the same day or the next day). Now they can only trim nails on Tuesdays for 4 hours. I work on Tuesdays. And the vet in athens doesn’t take just nail trims anymore, so my dogs nails just get to be long…
