Local shop has excellent service with great vibe that makes you feel like you are valued and seen. I been going to Pet Department for several years but recently moved to other side of town and started shopping at available corporate pet chain. No personality, miserable customer service, your left on your own to answer questions. Yuck. I have decided that the longer drive is worth supporting local business and being able to have questions answered in a conversational approach. Small IS better..quality and service

I have a cat with special needs so it’s nice to find a local store with phenomenal options!Pictured: Cat wet food**One month update**- Added more pictures- Noticed that the staff are on a name-basis with some of the customers- They have always offered to help me take my stuff to the car- They have great prices that are comparable to Chewy and Amazon. Support the local business- They have the Churu treats! These are hard to find sometimes- They were super helpful with providing recommendations when my cat had an accident and we needed a cleaner
