They are very nice on phone, not so much in person. They do not explain what they are doing, do not allow you to speak to your mechanic, and are minimally communicative.I had them put on 4 new tires. The next day the air is visibly low on one of the front ones.You are better off going to an independently owned place that cares about customers.This is the McDonald’s of auto repair.It’s kinda easy after u wait in a big line, but products and service are not worth the money.

Good location on Hollywood & Gower with numerous restaurants, shops, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance. Multiple garage establishment with a stadium sized parking lot. Prices tend to be a bit higher than competitors but not a dealbreaker. Business is separated into two parts, one being the storefront with the other as a service station. Same company but oddly they operate separately for example, the price of a car battery in the store will differ from the quoted price at the service station. Walk-ins are available as well as appointments with the work being completed in a moderate amount of time depending on what’s being serviced. I was helped by the assistant manager Randy who demonstrated good customer service and did an excellent job explaining everything while getting me in and out, so credit to Mr. Randy! Due to slightly higher prices, I couldn’t give a perfect. Overall 4 Stars!
