INCOMPETENT!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!I checked in with Ryan and first thing I said was that I had to be in a meeting and needed to have the work done by 11:15 at the latest so that I could make my work meeting 30 minutes away. Ryan said that would be no problem so I agreed to go ahead with the work.11:15 comes and my car is not done yet. 11:30 and still not done and I haven’t received an update. I asked a service writer what was taken so long. He goes out and checks, comes back and said they are having an issue. I asked what the issue was and he didn’t know and would take another 20-30 minutes to finish. Ryan came out a few minutes later and told me that they were finishing up and just torquing the wheels. THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE since I could see that my car was still in the air with no wheels on. I asked him why he told me that they could replace by tires in time when they clearly couldn’t. I could have make another appointment. He then got very unprofessional and rude. He told me that I should just wait outside for my car. My car wasn’t finished until 12:10.I was not given an invoice either.Since I was never told what the issue was, I have now have to put my car up on a lift and double check the work done.Just take a look at the picture. The old wheel weight was not removed!A new wheel weight was installed 180 of the old which is COMPLETELY WRONG! I now have to spend more of my time to go have it fixed and done right.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

Drop off one of my car wheel because it has a slow leak, not that bad but leaky enough that loosing about 8 – 10 psi every 2 weeks. I thought it was a quick job but unfortunately a week after, they told me that the tire is unrepairable that I need to buy a new one so I decided to claim the wheel to try a different tire shop and that where I found out they actually lost the tire. I did try to talk to their manager to settle the issue but he is not available so I bring home the wheel (without the tire) and contacted Business Bureau. It didn’t last long, Greg, the manager contacted me immediately, while he is on leave, to bring back the wheel and they’ll install a tire. It took over two weeks that my car is running on spare but it ended up OK. I gave 5 STARS to Greg for his quick and fair decision but zero STAR for his team for losing my tire and try to hustle me on buying a new one instead of telling the truth right away… 3 stars Average. Big kudos to BBB.org
