This is for the Pep Boys on highway 72 in Athens Alabama. The manager On May 22nd 2021 at around 9:30 is a very rude person. I was talked down to On my 1st visit to set up the appointment. Today it seemed like it was too much trouble to answer my questions. Then I was told that the inspections were mandatory. I was told that even though I did not want any inspections that I simply want the oil changed and a new filter on that the Inspections would still be done. After thinking about it I decided to cancel my appointment. Partly because he was rude and condescending And partly because I don’t want someone tampering with other systems in a so called inspection. I tried to explain why and I tried to explain why and he simply stop talking to me. Acted like I wasn’t even standing there. This is not the 1st time this attitude has happened to me at this location. I can’t see myself going back So that’s why I give it a one star.
