I left my vehicle there for two days, So Pep Boys could do a engine check light service. The second day I was called up and told her that if it was not my crankshaft sensor it would be the reluctor wheel inside the motor. I asked how much it would cost and when could we possibly get it done. He told me he didn’t know he would have to call Honda to hopefully find the part, like all of them have disappeared off the face of the earth. I said let’s get it done he told me that it would not be worth my money to fix the problem because it would just add on more problems, So I asked him in what ways could it further damage my vehicle he had no answer for me. I told him well let’s go ahead and fix it and I will run with it, and then he told me that it would take months to get to my vehicle because people are getting a stimulus check and they’re very busy. I’ve been asked to speak to the manager because I felt like I was being deterred from this company and was not treated properly or fairly, and then what would you know he said the words that you hear every time you ask can I speak to a manager, and they were you’re speaking to the manager. It broke my heart this Pep Boys has did all my work since I have had my vehicle I have a attachment to my vehicle and I will replace the motor with a brand new one if I have to I don’t care about stemless checks I just care about mechanics that are trained when working on my vehicle. It sucks that you can’t find good mechanics out there that are willing to work on your vehicle this was nonsense and I was treated unfairly by the management at this company. Pep Boys may be getting a lot and I quote stimulus checks, but they have lost a loyal customer and I will spread the word.
