I didn’t have a positive experience with the customer service at this store. Customer service needs improvement.I did buy the tread+ and love it! The belt broke 3 months into owning it:( Peloton repaired it within days of my phone call! Very impressive prompt service! I hope if I have issues in the future they will be just as prompt.

HORRIBLE experience! Returned my bike just because of the disappointing delivery and customer service.First bike received was a factory defect with a strong chemical smell and bumpy material . Second bike arrived in USED condition. ( Thanks for sending me someone’s return !)Had to follow up multiple times with Peloton customer service . Does not live up to its expectations. Still waiting for my full refund to show up in my account.
