Be extremely careful. Bike locked up at 120 cadence and Peloton admitted frame failure. I was badly injured. While very upset I was willing to give Peloton another try so I called them and they said they wouldn’t send a replacement bike for 2 months and would not be able to refund any payments from the date bike broke. Obviously dangerously irresponsible company decision that has now led to litigation. This company is growing too fast and they’re sacrificing client satisfaction in the process which will surely come back to haunt them.

Caroline at Peloton white plains was great, very informative, did not rush me at all for someone calling with a million questions. She helped me decide on which product was best for me and helped me complete my purchase all via telephone without even having to come in. Great support , super excited to try my product. 🙂
