Dave our salesperson was amazing. He did a great job explaining all of the different options. We had such a great experience we went back a second time to order a new patio door. Pella did not try to sell me on their windows. They told me what they offered and did not Make me feel like I was being pressured into anything. I ended up using them for two replacement windows but I am doing the insulation myself. They did not withhold any insulation information and made a few recommendations to achieve best results. I would recommend this company
