Second time I come in and I get the wrong order. I requested a Mac and cheese for my kid and I get something completely different. I trusted they got the order right so I didn’t ask for the receipt. I get to the car, open the bag and it was something different. I got back, they said here’s your receipt and this is what you paid for. I tried explaining that I did not order that and she went back to look at your receipt. Don’t ask your clients if they want the receipt or force the receipt on, or maybe recap the order every time. How about you offer a solution? You know well this happens often. No sense of care but more like this is the law, and this is it.Poor customer care.
