Came with my boyfriend and his dad and everything was good except my boyfriends dad wanted his coffee hotter and they couldn’t fix it. I cant believe there wasn’t a microwave or something to make it hotter. Employees were very friendly and nice but weren’t very good at thinking outside the box. Good oatmeal cookie.

Edit: The owner reached out to me after emailing them and was respectful and sent me a $5 gift card to make up for me bad experience. Thank you for making it right. After purchasing a $5 latte and leaving a $1 tip, I was informed as I walked up with my reusable bottles that they are supposed to charge for water. I am completely surprised and offended at such a statement. After saying so, she said well we pay the water bill around here. I said I know it costs a penny in water but I just bought a five dollar latte, can I have some water please? She then proceeded to not full up one of my bottles to the top. I had to ask again to get it still less than topped off. This is some of the most absurd and passive aggressive service I’ve ever received after paying $6 for a drink I can make at home for less than $1, with less disrespect to boot, including water costs. I expect a $5 gift card to make up for the money wasted at this establishment, that this greedy and ridiculous water policy be abolished, and an apology as well. Your business will thank me. I wonder how many people care to be mistreated and charged for the water when Starbucks up the street generously gives out free water cups with free ice too. I hope your company can spare 500 pennies and some sincere words to make up for this absurd and rude treatment, as I was very polite in my request and don’t deserve to be treated so.
