Pedro and his family are awesome and helpful!I got my first bike from him. His wife saw me struggling and came out to help me. One afternoon, I was on an unfamiliar road and lo and behold, Pedro and his son, along with his son’s friends were having a break beside the bike path. Pedro carried my bike over the concrete barrier so that I can be on the bike path.Winter of 2020, My sister wanted a bike too, so we went to Pedro’s. All the bikes were sold out during Covid but he told us that if we could wait, he’ll build a bike for us. I thought it would be ready by summer, but late February 2021, he called and said it was ready.While installing the pedals, he tells me that he’s been in the bike business for over 20 years and there was a time that he was just constantly working and not having a break to recuperate. It got to the point that he was not his usual self and a little bit of customer service went out the door. However, now, he knows to set boundaries; closes his shop at the right time and goes out to ride alone, or with his wife and son, and hopefully, when all is better, with his crew.He’s known around as a great bike shop owner, awesome bike repair guy, but to my sister and I, we know him as a genuinely helpful and won’t upsell you type of a person. I highly recommend him.
