Collin was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining e-bikes to me, an absolute beginner. Lowell was helpful and patient taking me out to test ride 3 models. So nice to know buying a Pedego comes with LOCAL support. I’m still researching options, but started my search with Pedego because of reviews I had read online. Great Quality Bike! Great Customer Service!I was looking for an E-bike and knew almost nothing about them. I checked out a few bike stores locally, and then found the Pedego Bike Store in Santa Rosa.Colin Thomas, the Pedego Bike Store Santa Rosa owner, took the time to explain how electric bikes work, their features, and asked me specific questions regarding my plans for riding. Based on my responses, Colin had me test ride several different bikes.I am just shy of 70, and I remember as a kid that I loved to ride my bike. After test riding the Interceptor, I was delighted that I found the bike that reminds me of the freedom, comfort and joy that I had riding my bike as a kid!I was so pleasantly surprised that the bike fit my frame perfectly, the seat & handlebars were comfortable, and I found a bike store that stood behind their product! I love my bike and the quality of Product and Service!!!My husband saw how much I love riding my bike, and he decided to get a Pedego E-bike as well. Yesterday we took an amazing 24 mile bike ride. I feel so fortunate to have found the perfect bike and such great customer service!!!
