Pedego provided excellent service and beautiful electric/pedal assist bikes. Their directions for us (first time electric bike riders) was clear and precise. They told us the best way to get to our desired destinations, and made great suggestions for other places we might like to ride (which we took). We had a blast!

Best way to experience the Embarcadero. We had a blast with the sit on e-scooter with fat tires. One caveat is website says they rent them for the day, but we maxed out the battery after 2 – 2.5 hours.

Sean was awesome. Full of information at a pace I could keep up with. He had all the answers to all my questions. Showed me all the features of the bike. Bought a second bike that day from a different dealer( they didn’t have a seafoam color interceptor) . The buying experience was not even close to what Sean was able to provide !
