Over the last few months I had done a lot of research on e-bikes, including watching numerous YouTube reviews. So this afternoon we went down to the Pedego store in Livermore to try out a few bikes. I was pretty sure what I wanted, but Jim encouraged me to try a couple of other styles after explaining the differences between them. I’m glad that I listened to his advice because I found something much more comfortable than the one I initially chose. My wife and I are now the proud owners of two interceptors.Jim really knows his stuff, and focuses on making sure you get the best for your needs.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The bikes were super clean & obviously amazing quality bikes. It was my first time using an electric bike and they kindly gave me a little lesson in the parking lot before I rented the bikes! The area is so pretty too, filled with beautiful wineries & nature. The people here were so kind, trustworthy, and fun. Would 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to come back.
