Great experience yesterday at Peck’s. I took my wife to get her some ice skates and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They sure seem to have everything one could need for ice skating, rollerblading or hockey. DO NOT BUY SKATES ONLINE. Go to your local shop, like this one, that is family-owned, has been in business for over 50 years, and will help you try on a few pairs and give you good advice. They even sharpened the blades for us and placed them in the skate oven so they can mold to my wife’s feet. Who knew a skate oven existed! The gentleman who assisted us was great. I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thanks, Peck’s!

This was the perfect skate shopping experience. I had the attention of 2+ employees, tried on two sizes each in three pairs of skates to find the perfect fit, and then they baked my skate for a perfect fit and sharpened them. All included in the same or better price I would have paid online. They were covid safe and had a hockey game on the tv too (they spent an hour with me). I don’t have a bad thing to say. Look no further than Peck’s.
