I have bought two bikes from them. One is a fitness bike (Giant Fastroads with 105) and an endurance bike (2021 Giant Defy -Ultegra Mechanical). They have been on the mark, never tried to oversell me. Service is wonderful. No matter who helps you Kenny, Elissa or Ayden, they are always on the mark, never rush you and will explain everything to you. They just aint Mountain or Gravel Bikes. They speak Road, Race and Endurance too.. I dont think I would want to buy my bikes any other place. As special shout out to Jerry and Joanie the owners..

Had been hunting for a specific bike (Giant Contend AR1) and found Peak had it in stock. Called up when they opened and said I’d be there in an hour to pick it up. Thankfully it was available and not pre-sold as so may have been recently. When I arrived, it was a seamless delivery – the bike was assembled and after a quick test fit and making payment, I was on my way. Excellent experience!
