This store has changed hands 4 or 5 times in as many years. The most recent to move in is Pavilions grocery store. I am glad they finally got a good grocery store that will stay here. Pavilions has a wonderful selection of fresh produce. They have a bakery that makes custom cakes. A great meat department that you can order whatever you want in the way of cuts of meat right from the butcher. It has a Starbucks also. What a great grocery store. Highly recommend

Good store. The problem is handy cap parking had been removed for quick pick up orders. I am sure City and American Disabilities Association would like to know. I will give store until May 10 to correct this situation befor I report to ADA and Newport Beach Building Department. There is serious violation here. Also parking spaces do not meet code requirements for Handy Cap Van loading and unloading.I can send you repair estimate for dent in van bumper and scrape from other vehicle side mirror left on side.I am also sure this was not done with proper building permits or licensed contractor.
