Just returned from their shop. Toyota Service Center said I needed to replace Water Pump and Valve due to the leak so I took my car to Paul’s shop. A staff ( not Paul) check my car, got under the car and he asked how much quote did I get from Toyota. I said above $600. The guy said , I can change the unbroken water pump for $400 if you want. He said nothing is wrong with the pump unless I wanted to throw away some money and have it changed.Thank you, for your honest and expert advice. I would definitely recommend this for your auto care.

I was on the freeway and tried to accelerate, my car has a V6 and usually when I mash the gas pedal it really jumps. Well it didn’t happen on this day. I also noticed my check engine light was on. I searched the internet for a non dealer repair shop near me and found Paul’s shop. When I arrived Paul stopped what he was working on to run a diagnostic test on my car. The results indicated a couple possibilities and Paul said he would sort out the two and get back to me. Less than an hour later Paul contacted me saying he had sorted out the problem and I could bring my car in the next day. The next morning I dropped my car off and it was repaired by early afternoon. This included Paul picking up the part at the dealership! I highly recommend Paul’s shop. Just an FYI Paul is also a veteran and to me that means a lot being a veteran myself.
