I work for the worlds largest mobile tool distributor. My vehicle is essential and down-time is very costly. I contacted Joe and explained that my engine light was on and it was running rough. He adjusted his schedule and got me in right away. He was quick to identify that I had contaminated fuel. As he continued to diagnose the vehicle he discovered the injectors were damaged. He kept me informed through the entire process and started by replacing only injectors that tested wrong. In the end I had to replace them all, but at no point did I feel pressured or oversold. His integrity and that of the entire staff stood out through this entire experience. I will not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Six stars if possible! Can’t say enough about these guys. Meghan was so friendly and kind on the phone, and Joe was more helpful than anyone could ask. We were on a trip across country and 9 hours from home, we broke down at a gas station. Not one person in town could help us but when Joe got on the scene, everything turned around. He organized a tow, went way out of his way to get the parts necessary and even worked after hours to get us back on the road and home safely! No other mechanic I’ve met in the world would have worked as hard as Joe and his team did to save our trip and get us home. I’m not usually a review guy, but sometimes someone comes along and needs to be recognized for their efforts, their talent, and their consideration for others. When breaking down on a Friday afternoon, it seemed like a given that we would be stuck for the weekend but we were back on the road less than 24 hours after entering the shop. He could have charged us any amount of money but he kept it fair and honest. Huge thank you to Joe and the whole team and also, Happy Birthday! (Yes, he worked on his birthday to save us!)
