I have been a customer for over 10yrs. Food was always great, staff friendly. Today, I ordered. Fish Fry @4:13 pm. My daughter picks it up for me just after 4:30 pm. Brings me my fish fry (I have no vehicle today) get fish fry, fish isn’t cooked all the way. Breading soggy & gooey underneath. I called Pat’s and explained how my fish fry is. Manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me my order was sitting there for over an hour ??? Huh? I advised him I ordered at 4:13. He proceeds to tell me that I didn’t. Asked if I would like for him to make me another one. I said yes but it would have to be a delivery because I don’t have me vehicle. He stated he can’t do a delivery because it’s too busy there! Well I will be taking this fish fry back tomorrow and getting my $$$ back. Literally was not nice in a speaking manner and told me I ordered an hour prior.
