Extremely knowledgeable and patient manager Kenny is fantastic! He will really work with you to make sure that you get the right items and that it will work well with what you already have. He is not trying to make a quick sale- he wants to make sure that you are happy. I rarely write reviews but when someone goes out of their way so much, I want to do the same. Thanks Kenny! Initially they seems very good. However, the expensive outdoor chaise had a problem with the material. They said it would be easy to fix and I could do it myself. Based upon their recommendation, I ordered and paid for the material last fall. The directions are complicated and I decided I could not do it.The manager at Patio.com then said they could do it over the winter. I brought it in in February. The person there said the directions looked complicated and the manager could not do it himself. The assemblers would have to. In later March they closed. They have since reopened and decided they can make more money working on orders that came in after me. I have spoken to the store manager several times and he can not help. He said the owner would call, but it has been weeks without a call or the fixed furniture.Thus the nice furniture they sold me did not last with only weekend use. The simple directions to fix it are complicatedThey are not honoring a commitment when something better came along. Beware!

First time just browsing around asking general annoying questionsThe sales guy ( Mayer the manager), Kenny, was there both times helping me.Each time, he was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.He was informative and insightful, but never pushy, offering useful recommendations beyond the usual sales pitch – often trying to save me moneyThe experience was five star for sure because of Kenny’s kind help and excellent customer serviceI finally made a nice purchase and will be back for more deck and pool furniture soonHighly recommended
