Initially they seems very good. However, the expensive outdoor chaise had a problem with the material. They said it would be easy to fix and I could do it myself. Based upon their recommendation, I ordered and paid for the material last fall. The directions are complicated and I decided I could not do it.The manager at Patio.com then said they could do it over the winter. I brought it in in February. The person there said the directions looked complicated and the manager could not do it himself. The assemblers would have to. In later March they closed. They have since reopened and decided they can make more money working on orders that came in after me. I have spoken to the store manager several times and he can not help. He said the owner would call, but it has been weeks without a call or the fixed furniture.Thus the nice furniture they sold me did not last with only weekend use. The simple directions to fix it are complicatedThey are not honoring a commitment when something better came along. Beware!
